In the kick-off meeting, we are determining project priorities, objectives and needs. Onboarding includes usually 1-3 workshops, where we find out the current business procedures and identify how we can make the best use of HubSpot for the customer. At the first phase of the project, we are also analyzing all the integration needs and customer’s current CRM architecture to plan the migration.

User trainings for HubSpot usually includes 5-6 sessions, 3 hours each. Trainings will help customer's HubSpot users to learn best practices fast and easily.
At the fourth phase of the onboarding, we will review the results, go through all the potential iterations, and collect feedback. We will also plan next steps for the future and prepare the team and the processes for the continuous support.
